Complete a quick survey after your child’s preventive checkup and you may earn a gift card. Some restrictions apply.

It’s important to see a dentist to prevent cavities, gum disease and other dental problems. Dental problems often don’t have symptoms. You may not even know anything is wrong. You’ll have peace of mind if everything is fine, and we hope it is. But if there are any problems, it’s much easier to take care of them early.

  • Brush your teeth twice a day
  • Floss at least once a day
  • See the dentist every six months

Eligible members must be enrolled in the Healthy Kids Dental program with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.

Limited to one gift card per member per year.

This program does not allow the purchase of alcohol, tobacco and firearms.

A preventive dental visit must be completed.
